The Vig Fitness Festival kicks off bright and early on Saturday June 24th with your choice of a 6mi Trail Run Hosted by Nike, and a 60min Yoga Session led by Jennifer Bouche of Esenem Yoga Scottsdale followed by a Buffet Breakfast catered by The Vig McDowell Mountain.

MOXiLIFE LLC will be near the trail head offering HydroMag, a magnesium drink to reduce cramping and aid in electrolyte absorption.

-Turn Left on 104th Street Trail.
-Turn Right onto Levee Trail.
-Turn Left onto Crossover Trail.
-Turn Right onto Gateway Loop Trail.
-Follow Gateway Loop North to T-Intersection.
-Turn Left onto Gateway Loop. Head West.
-Follow Gateway Loop South
-Turn Right onto Crossover Trail.
-Turn Right onto Levee Trail, Head West.
-Turn Left onto 104th St Trail towards Bell Rd.

Yoga Details
-Location: The Vig McDowell Mountain
-Details: This 60-min Vinyasa «Flow» Yoga session will be led by Jennifer Bouche of Esenem Yoga Scottsdale. Vinyasa Yoga features a fluid transition through poses that is great for beginners and advanced yogis alike. For this event, the poses will be catered towards endurance athletes, focusing on the postural and core muscles used in swimming, biking, running, and other endurance sports. Bring your favorite yoga mat.
