About our SUP Yoga Class:
We teache all-levels of Vinyasa StandUp Paddleboard Yoga. Our classes are accessible to those who are new to both yoga and paddling, as well as experienced practitioners.
Our classes are limited to 10 so that each student receives individualized attention. Class begins with paddleboarding instruction, then a brief paddle session. After connecting the boards to the anchored yoga line, students will enjoy a blissful 60 minute yoga class — with modifications offered to beginner students.
Class ends with students relaxing in Savassana! After class, students will have around 30 minutes to play around on the board and try out other postures. Or they can use that time to paddle around the lake.
Your instructor will capture photographs of your experience so that you can share it with family and friends!
Location: Pleasant Harbor Marina (driving directions and parking instructions). Reservations are a must. Please arrive at the marina at least 30 minutes prior to class time in order to sign out Stand Up Paddleboards and equipment w/ Go Paddle AZ.
