Let's celebrate the heat with a cold bowl and a refreshing cocktail.
Join us Monday’s at 5pm as our chef’s “tune-in” to a different prefecture and present the style of ramen popular in that region or at that little known noodleshop in Japan. Sometimes we seek other inspiration and blend different styles of Japanese cooking in one bowl.
Our bartenders will be crafting cocktails that are representative or inspired-by the Ramen Style our chefs are presenting.

The summer heat and monsoon humidity has inspired us to cool off a bit. This cold noodle bowl is a new creation incorporating the popular Japanese teriyaki cooking method.
The word teriyaki derives from the noun teri 照り, which refers to a shine or luster given by the sugar content in the tare タレ, and yaki 焼き, which refers to the cooking method of grilling or broiling. Traditionally the meat is dipped in or brushed with sauce several times during cooking.
