Join Lanita Ugstad, Mindfulness Practitioner, Educator/Coach for this three class series offering participants teachings and tools for incorporating the healing benefits of Mindfulness into their daily lives. Classes will include a deeper dive into the practice of Mindfulness; including breath techniques, guided meditations and group discussions. Learn first hand how this practice can help you heal by living in the present with equanimity and acceptance. Includes group discussions, Q and A- No Asana (Yoga postures).
