Japanese Friendship Garden of Phoenix is the best place to enjoy outdoor Tai-chi class sounded by Koi Pond, Waterfall, woodland and all other elements. Awareness of this amazing natural environment has become a central part of Tai Chi practice,

Let’s come together, release tension, increase balance and feel completely relaxed with Tai Chi in the Garden. Tai Chi is a graceful series of ancient Chinese meditative movements that help maintain physical health, well-being and spiritual essence and emphasizes body alignment, improves balance, calms mind, reduces stress.

Anyone can learn Tai Chi – any age, all levels of fitness. Come join us in this beautiful practice, and let’s celebrate your health!

The class fee includes admission to the garden for the day.

Instructor, Ping Wei
He studied Tui Na in China before he moved to US in 1992. He also studied western massage modalities. Tui Na differs from Swedish massage or other type massages, for its intrinsic energy and movements. In western words, he uses «stretching» and finger/palm/elbow pressing to promote energy flow, to gain better results.
