Become educated on Traditional Indian Medicine, also known as Ayurveda. Learn and experience the Ayurvedic approach to cleansing and healing the body.This interactive workshop will explore Ayurveda, its history and how it is used in the world today. We will then discuss a classic Ayurvedic Kitchari cleanse and how to customize this 4-day cleanse according to your own Ayurvedic body type. Handouts and a kitchari lunch will be provided.
