Yoga Nidra is beautiful and simple practice that allows one to experience the whole being. No longer held captive by mind chatter, the body and mind merge into oneness and the true Self begins to emerge.
Through a unique combination of alert awareness and profound relaxation, participants are guided toward the healing rhythms of the alpha state. Here, the body and mind come into alignment where the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems return to homeostasis...balance.
This practice does not require experience or intellectual understanding. It’s a sleep based guided meditation so done while lying down. Props and blankets are provided, but feel free to bring along your own pillows and blankets for additional comfort.
Come as you are and ride the waves of peace and tranquility.
