This series will take place every Monday starting January 8 through the 29th from 8:30-9:35pm! Material will progress each week.
Free for AcroBody members and priced like regular classes for non-members, but you must register for all 4 upfront. You may use 4 punches from a 10-class card; call or ask in-studio.
Acro Dance fuses acrobatics and dance by focusing on standing dance lifts, adagio, and flowing movement. Each class will build on the previous week and focuses on a short sequence that will be broken down move-by-move. You will be guided through each step and have a chance to put it all together towards the end of class and at the end of the series!
