This gathering is for those of you interested in practicing your healing art out of our facility, Walk In Wellness. We're having for a grand opening on January 12th, 2018!!! The building is fully furnished and it looks incredible inside, I can't wait for you all to see it. We're focusing on advertising right now and getting everyone ready and prepared for opening.
If you're still on the fence about working at Walk in Wellness and not sure if you want to be a part of this, I really encourage you to just come to the meeting and check out the space and talk with us to see if it's a good fit for you, and your business. We're not requiring any commitment from you, you can work as little or as much out of the business as you want to. And please talk to me if you have any questions or concerns regarding the business itself or working here.
We need to hold an orientation for our prospective practitioners/employees to show everyone the space and finalize who is going to be working out of the business and come on board. I need to gather paperwork from people and we need to discuss scheduling, pay, how to use our electronic medical record for those who will be using it, exchange contact information, business policies and practices, etc. and things of that nature.
As has always been the plan, practitioners will be able to set their own prices for services and will give a small percentage of their fees from clients to the business for utilizing the space. Allowing you to be free to run your business out of our space. Any practitioner seeing a client that was a walk in to the space will use a walk in rate set by the business, and the same percentage will apply, since that client was obtained through the business. I'm also open to renting out rooms on certain days/times for practitioners if anyone wants to discuss that option instead of doing it based on a percentage, please contact me.
Please bring to the meeting:
— Copy of your drivers license/I.D.
— Copy of any degree's/certifications related to your field/services
— Copy of your resume
— Short biography of yourself, education, background, and list of and description of services you plan to offer
— Your set prices for your services
— Set of days and times you plan on working out of the business and/or can offer classes
— Your contact information — what you want us to use for perspective clients, and also what you want us to have so the business/I can reach you
We have a copy machine at the business so we can always make the copies there if you're not able to ahead of time.
