Join us on Friday, January 12th for the Litchfield Park Gathering's festival preshow Artists’ Reception and Awards Ceremony. The reception will be held in the Sachem Ballroom at The Wigwam (300 E Wigwam Blvd., Litchfield Park, AZ 85340) from 6pm until 7:30pm. The reception will highlight the Native American entertainment and artwork that will be available all weekend at the festival.
The Sinquah Family Dance Troupe will be showcasing their championship hoop dancing and drumming. Tickets are only $10 and they include hot hors d' oeuvres and a glass of wine. Attendees will also have the opportunity to speak with the artists about their pieces and, of course, potentially buy those award-winning pieces to add to or start your Native American or Southwest collection. The event at The Wigwam on Friday evening precedes our Native American Fine Arts Festival, which will be held on Saturday and Sunday, January 13 & 14, 2018 in the center of town along Old Litchfield Rd and Wigwam Blvd. The festival is free and open to the public from 10am to 5pm daily. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
Although there are no age restrictions, this event is geared toward an adult crowd. Ticketholders must present proper ID in order to be served alcoholic beverages. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available as alternatives for minors.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Free parking is available in the resort's parking lot, which is accessible through the main entrance off of Wigwam Blvd.
What can I bring into the event?
Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the event.

What's the refund policy?

While it is helpful to bring your ticket to the reception, it is not necessary. A list of online registrants will be onsite at the check-in table.
