On Valentine’s Day, Sonata’s Restaurant invites couples to indulge in a decadent four-course tasting menu artfully crafted by Executive Chef Vincent Contreras.
Complimentary with each course includes a perfectly paired wine or “Cupid’s Cocktail” tasting. A romantic and relaxing atmosphere with beautiful décor and live entertainment are designed to set the stage for a romantic evening.
«Appetite for Love» Four-Course Tasting Menu:
• 1st Course: Cream of Asparagus with crostino, tomato chutney and crema.
• 2nd Course: Foie Gras Agnolotti with beet paint, candied yam, and foie gras “snow” or Maine Lobster Roll with lemon caviar aioli, “potato chips,” and petite salad.
• 3rd Course: Wagyu Beef Strip Loin with king trumpet mushroom, charred shishito peppers, and glace deviande sauce or Chilean Sea Bass with saffron chorizo risotto, sea beans and basil oil.
• 4th Course – “Chocolate Decadence”: Warm chocolate cake, chocolate pencil and chocolate ice cream with espresso-chocolate sauce.
