This series is directed toward individuals that have completed the Mindfulness Series 3 week foundation series — Introduction into Mindful Living. This next level series is a deeper dive into difficult emotions and communication; exploring tools and techniques to approach these everyday experiences in a mindful way; creating equanimity, ease, and acceptance.
4 Wednesday's: April 11, 18, 25, and May 2
7:30 — 9:30 pm at Gilbert Yoga
No Asana (yoga postures) ** previous knowledge and established practice of Mindfulness and / or completion of the Level 1 Mindful Living series recommended.
Series will include guided meditation, group discussion/participation and recommended activities to complete each week in between classes.
Please bring journal and wear clothing to ensure comfort.
