From 1920 to 1960, the Negro League provided some of the greatest ballplayers of America’s Greatest Pastime the opportunity to play baseball – outside of the major leagues.
The Yesterday’s Negro League Baseball Players exhibit will offer guests an opportunity come together, meet Mr. Dennis Biddle, the youngest living Negro League Player, and learn about a vital part of America’s history dating back to the past century; that is often overlooked.
Every year the Arizona Diamondbacks honors the legacy of Jackie Robinson on April 15th. We will be hosting a Meet & Greet Reception featuring Mr. Dennis Biddle on Saturday, April 14th from 3pm — 5pm!!!
We encourage to register by 4/12 for the receptions and hope that you do not miss this special exhibit on Negro League Baseball.
